Sale Of Cosmetics Factory In Wales Safeguards Jobs

Creative Outsourcing Solutions International (COSi), in Maesteg, South Wales recently announced plans to cut jobs there.
However, the company now says it has been bought by Dutch firm Budelpack, which provides contract manufacturing and packing, securing 560 jobs at the site.
COSi said last month that it was "fighting to keep the jobs in Maesteg".
It said there had been disappointing trading over the summer, resulting in lower sales for the year than previously expected. The company has an annual turnover of £70 million.
