Central Profiles Ltd was established in 1999 and we have since then prided ourselves on our reputation for quality, speed and reliability.
We operate three laser cutting machines and also have two top of the range Amada HFP pressbrakes to bend up to 3m
With continued investment in these hard times we have striven to provide second to none service and efficiency to our customers, we listened closely to our customers and discovered the need for fast turnaround and diversity in cutting service, therefore late in 2009, when everybody else appeared to be cutting back we invested in a new Amada F1 Laser and an automated tower for feeding the laser which enables us to cut 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year totally unmanned , so with these resources we can offer an unparalleled level of service. We have also invested in two new Amada CNC press brake that can bend your parts to any shape specified and and all the latest 3d bend cam and sheetworks software ,so both you and we can ensure that we get things right first time every time!
We offer the full package from conception to end, from basic cutting to finishing i.e. including our own in house powder coating facilities.

Latest 3D software with Bendcam
Information can be input in various formats, and then we can take your 2D drawings and quickly turn them into 3D drawings ready to open with our offline bending software. Bendcam is offline programme software for the pressbrake that will automatically find the best bending sequence. It will choose the most appropriate tooling for the part and will allow jobs to be grouped for a single tooling setup. Having one central data management system means all the information for parts are stored together. Programs for bending are stored with the part as well as cutting data, therefore if dimensions are changed in the cutting data it will automatically change the bending program to compensate..
