Laser: DNC laser profiling, sheet capacity 2.5m x1.25m, mild steel 12mm, stainless steel 6mm clean cut, 3mm aluminium
Punching: DNC turret press, 20 tonnes auto-index, sheet capacity 2.5m x 1.25m
Guillotines: upto 2.5m by 6.5mm thick
Folding: 4 x CNC machines up to 3.1m long x 150 tonnes
Presses: power presses 100 ton, hydraulic presses 160 tons
Welding: MIG, TIG, arc and gas, stud welding to M10, spot welding to 75KVA capacity including aluminium
Bending: tubes up to 38mm diameter in mild steel
Deburring: vibratory for small components and belt linishing including 600mm wide graining
Treatment: alocrom 1200 components up to 1.5m long
Finishing: powder coating and wet spray, 3 booths 3m long and silk screening capacity
Computer: Job Boss operating production control, stock control, bill of materials and shop documentation; receive customer DXF files
