Kingfisher (Lubrication) Limited was founded in 1867 and has continuously been involved in lubrication and lubrication products. In-house skills have been built up over the last 30 years by concentrating on the high volume manufacture of grease fittings and associated machine products.
We wish to extend the quality of the services we provide to other products if they fall within our manufacturing capability and range.
We have recently completed a new 1500 sq.m extension to the factory and are now looking for suitable manufacturing activity to expand into.

43 modernised multi-spindle with Direct drive bar automatics up to 25mm (1") capacity. 8 with Automatic bar loaders.

42mm capacity Miyano BNJ42S twin spindle CNC with 3m bar loader.

2 Shaker hearth furnaces with sealed quench and associated endo-thermic generators.

Controlled case depth carbo-nitriding.

Continuous automatic neutral pH washing.

Fully equiped tool-room with the following:
2 2-axis Bridgeport CNC millers
1 3-axis Bridgeport CNC miller
Hardinge Cobra 42mm CNC lathe with short bar loader
1 fixed twin spindle CNC platten type machine
2 Digital controlled J & S surface grinder
1 digital universal J & S grinder with Dia-form attached for circular form tool
