Description
Linley Engineering is an engineering machine shop based at Whitchurch in Herefordshire employing eight skilled engineers. Founded in 1984, the company started out manufacturing precision components including turbo-charger manifolds, pressure relief valves and moulds for polyurethane components.
The company has since expanded rapidly to meet customer demands and was acquired by Midas-NDT on January 1st 2008 but continues to trade as an independent company. Despite on-going successes Linley Engineering are determined to maintain a customer friendly approach and no job is too small.

Linley Engineering have been a major supplier of components and assemblies to Midas-NDT, a global supplier of aircraft testing equipment and their products can be found on equipment in countries as far afield as Germany, America, Egypt, Malaysia, Korea and China.
Plant and Equipment
A team of highly skilled engineers and a fully equipped machine shop allows the in-house manufacture of both large and small precision components on manual and CNC milling and turning equipment. Facilities include full three dimensional CNC milling (up to 1000mm x 500mm x 500mm), CNC turning of components with C Axis Milling along with NC Turning(up to 500mm in diameter x 1500mm in length) and manual milling of components (up to 4200mm in length) on one of the largest mills in the area.
