Neville Precision specialise in the CNC machining of aluminium extruded parts. We can machine parts up to 8,000mm (3 Axis) and 6,700mm (4 Axis) in one operation without the need to re-index the material as is the case with many companies with smaller 1,000mm or so footprint machines. This enables us to provide a consistent accuracy along the length and maintain a higher quality standard.

We have 6 CNC milling machines in total plus 2 CNC double mitre saws for accurately cutting the sections to any length or angle. We work both as a subcontractor on free issue material for many of the extrusion mills and aluminium stockists, or source material directly on behalf of our customers providing full turnkey solution for finished aluminium extruded components.

We currently provide parts for various industries from automotive to “Rain Screen” cladding systems for building exteriors.
