NS Engineering Solutions provides both precision and general purpose machining, fabrication and finishing solutions. Over the years since we first started providing our services in 1986 we have built up an extensive knowledge of the crusher, brick and rail industries and have expanded to other areas such as health-care, mining and power generation. NS Engineering Solutions has a diverse experience to offer the marketplace including production, spares, repairs, refurbishment and pattern work. Machining
We have an extensive range of machinery across our production area, with a wealth of Operator experience.
Turning
The variety of lathes within our production area, coupled with an experienced and skilled workforce, allows the machining of ferrous and non ferrous materials using both CNC and Conventional lathes. We have general capability for producing components up to 900 mm diameter and up to a length of 4 metres long.
Milling
We have a variety of milling machines within our production area, coupled with an experienced workforce, which allows the machining of ferrous and non ferrous materials using both CNC and conventional machinery. We have a range of table capacities for producing componenets up to 900 mm x 3.5 metres in length.
Miscellaneous Machining
We also offer Drilling, Slotting, Gear cutting, Grinding & Thread Cutting, to complement our core services.
Fabrication
We have a purpose built fabrication workshop operating alongside our production area. We offer both MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials with our dedicated experienced workforce. We undertake prototype/development work, spares, repairs and production work capable of up to 2 tonnes in weight and up to a length of around 4 metres long.
Finishing
To complement our machining and fabrication services we offer a range of in-house finishing processes including assembly/fitting, wet painting. Using our network of partners, who are vetted and approved by NS Engineering Solutions, we also offer services including; anodising, galvanising, hardening, plating and powder coating.
