Welcome to Toolmasters, based in Deal, Kent. We provide high quality sheet metal production and prototyping at our 20000 square feet facility. From our base we can offer design, CNC profiling, fabrication and finished product delivery to your requirements. Using Two 4Kw Prima Platino laser cutters with automation ensures we have a fast turnaround for the majority of parts.

Toolmasters was established in 1982 originally as a toolmaking company.
In 1998 the company was expanded when a second unit bringing Toolmasters to its current 20000 sq ft was bought and the first laser machine was put into production. Further investment in 2004 enabled the purchase of the second laser a Prima Platino which was then upgraded in 2006 to 4Kw and an autoloader was fitted to enable lights out production runs for suitable components bringing improved leadtimes and lower costs to customers. A second Prima Platino with loader was fitted in Jan 2008 to replace the older Trumpf laser.
Our wealth of technical knowledge combined with continued investment in cad/cam enables us to produce some stunning pieces of work. Our turn around time is short enabling savings to be passed to our customers.
We can offer a unique package of Cut, Punch, Bend, Weld process from small 1 offs to large manufacturing quantities. We are also able to deliver ongoing orders or production to your schedule using our tracking software.
