With three state of the art laser profiling machines,laser cutting is the fast,flexible and cost effective way of producing components from sheet material.The laser concept guarantees first class cutting results,small radii and sharp corners cut efficiently and quickly.
Cutting a wide variety of sheet material in Stainless steel,Mild steel,Aluminium alloys,Nickel alloys,Brass,Titanium,Tread plates,Plastics,Plywood & MDF.
Laser engraving of metal parts to give identification or etch lines for assistance with fabrication is also available.
Forming & Fabrication:
Complementing our laser cutting service we can offer full fabrication facilities.
From a bracket with a single fold to a complete fabrication including folding,rolling,welding,inserting,drilling & tapping and spot welding.
We can also take care of your galvanising,painting,powder coating and anti-corrosion finishes.
Here at Weland we can cater for one off prototype concepts through to large volume production runs.
