Precision Cleaning
Cleaning to very demanding standards e.g. ASTM G93, ARP 1176 or BS N100 etc, these specifications have a very low acceptance level for particles and/or Non-volatile Residues (NVR). Some of the practices used to achieve these standards are using cleaning agents that leave no residue of their own, filtering them during use to remove particulates and carrying out all cleaning operations in a clean room.
The process is used for cleaning assemblies, components and hoses for oxygen and hydraulic systems in the aerospace industry, to specialised/ critical components used in the medical and nuclear industries to name a few.
