A & R Engineering Services have been manufacturing quality metal pressings since the company started in 1988.

Metal pressings are produced along-side our range of spring clips, fasteners and Hi-Torque clamps. All our products in all instances are custom made to strict specification via liason and development with the customer.

We produce many variations of pressings using many materials including mild steel, hardened and tempered spring steel, stainless steel of various grades including BS304 - EN1.4301-A2 and BS316 - EN1.4401-A4

Lehr Extension Wear Plates

All our wear plates are manufactured from high tensile steel at competitive prices and are for cold end operation. We supply many different sizes with a quick turnaround on deliveries. We supply the majority of the U.K, and export to glass packaging manufacturers overseas.

Our extension wear plates clip into place on the machine for ease of use and efficiency.

Hi-torque stainless steel clamps

All our hi-torque clamps are manufactured from stainless steel. Both BS304 and BS316 grades are used. Every part of the clamp is manufactured in house using our own tooling.

This type of clamp application is ideal when an extra margin of safety is required ie.
