Avenell Fabrication is a family run business which has been in existence for over 25 years, continuously investing in new machinery to help keep up with the daily demands of all our customers.

Our highly skilled workforce work hard to achieve the best possible service levels for our customers. Our processes enable the complete manufacture of parts, "from start to finish".

For example: A sheet of metal / cut / formed / welded / blasted / hot zinc sprayed or powder coated as quickly as possible and of the best quality. All this can be achieved in just 24 hours.

Located in Long Crendon, between Aylesbury and Oxford, with easy access to the nearby M40 we are able to deliver quickly, both locally and throughout the UK.

CAD / CAM
We have 3 Computer Aided Design systems which can accept all types of drawings including DXF, DWG, PDF and many more. Our production equipment is programmed directly via the CAD/CAM systems ensuring accurate adherence to specification and fast turnaround times

NEW Laser Cutter
With a sheet capacity of 2000mm x 4000mm our new Laser Cutting machine combines the job of two - plasma cutting and punching machines

High Capacity Press Brake
Recently upgraded from 3000mm to 4000mm, our 180 ton capacity Trumpf Trubend forming machine creates highly precise formed parts in minimum time

Precision Laser Cutting:

We have recently invested in a new Trumpf laser cutter. This machine combines the work previously manufactured on our plasma machine and Trumpf punch machine and has proved its capability to achieve more highly accurate parts in faster times.

Accurate Metal Forming:

4000mm "Trumpf Trubend" Press brake, 180 ton forming capacity

Our newly renewed press brake has been upgraded from a 3000mm to a 4000mm Trumpf Trubend.

Complete with our all-new tooling we are able to maintain mark and dent free material whilst forming.

* Enables us to check the product, without having to cut and form from a piece of material

* Works alongside the Trumpf laser programming system for perfect compatibility

Welding

We have a team of qualified welders, trained in all types of welding including Mig, Tig, stud, spot welding.

* Welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium flat brackets, tubing and large steel structures
* An area built specially for ongoing production work
* A separate unit for larger steel structures
* No job to big or too small

Drills and Mills

A range of mills and drills, used for drilling and tapping larger hollow sections and fabrications.

Saws

Two fully automatic saws. These are used to cut larger steel structural parts.
