Coates LSF Ltd is a one stop sub-contract fabrication company operating from a 60,000 sq ft factory situated in Lancashire. It presently manufacturers steel fabricated parts and complete full painted assembly kits, such as: main chassis, hydraulic and fuel tanks, buckets, canopy's, skips, support/lifting beams etc. The company is fully committed to supplying cost effective manufacturing solutions along with quality assured products. Its fully accredited to ISOQAR 9001 and have capabilities of Faroarm measurement equipment along with sample reports and SPC studies. Our present turnover is in the region of 6.5 million and we employ around 85 people. We have a dedicated CNC lasers centre, CNC punch, power rolls, fabrication kit, CNC machining, press brakes, welding and wet & powder painting facilities. We supply medium to high volume finished parts in steel and aluminium to all segments of the steel industry.
