We manufacture Springs, Pressings & Wire Forms with the very latest CNC spring coiling machine technology that offers total automatic manufacturing from 0.03mm to 18mm wire with additional hot coiling up to 65mm diameter wire. Types of Coil Springs :- Compression Springs, Extension Springs, Torsion Springs plus many more. Full Grinding Facility. In materials: Spring Steel, Stainless Steel, Silicon Chrome to name but a few. To include Plated Springs. We also have a Powder Coating plant on site so we can powder coat springs in various colours. Our Kent branch manufacture Pressings and are the largest manufacturer of Multislide components in the UK. Laser Cutting & Prototypes are also manufactured at our Kent site, with a capacity of up to 6mm thickness.
