PCT Engineering Ltd are delighted to announce that we will
be sponsoring The ‘Transformation’ Garden in the Show Garden category at
the 100th Anniversary RHS Chelsea Flower Show
in 2013. The garden is to be built by Bartholomew Landscaping in
conjunction with Stoke-on-Trent Council, whose Landscape Department
created the design
The centrepiece for the garden is a
skeleton of a pottery bottle kiln which will represent the city’s
heritage, whilst a sunken seating area will occupy a prominent position
at the front of the garden to promote the contemporary living spaces
being created in the City. Water, surfacing and planting will be used
as a metaphor to represent the city. The water feature will reflect the
chaos to calm of the city by way of a bubbling pool through to a still
pool.
We are very excited to be involved in this venture and look forward to building this magnificent structure.
