After further development for Nylacast within the Offshore, Oil & Gas industry, we are pleased to welcome and introduce Flavio Olivarez, who will be heading our new Houston office in Texas, USA.
Flavio Olivarez, BSc, P.E has served in various engineering and management roles in the Petrochemical, Aluminum, Construction, Oil, Gas and Offshore industries over the past 30 years. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and has held that distinction for more than 25 years.
Mr. Olivarez has designed modified Ring Furnace systems and holds a US Patent for improvements to Anode Furnaces in the Aluminum industry. Through his career he has held several business positions as well; AIIR Board of Directors, National Business Advisory Council and The National Federation of Independent Businessmen.
Flavio Olivarez also holds a Bachelor of Science degree (BSC) in Chemical Engineering from the Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing post graduate Engineering Management studies. Alongside his academic achievements Flavio is also a member of several professional organizations including AICHE, ASCE, IECA and the Houston Pipelines Association.
Mr. Olivarez has extensive experience in manufacturing, geotechnical, infrastructure, technical chemical projects, engineering management, and as a professional project manager has coordinated numerous domestic and international multi million pound projects.
