The process we use is the highest quality precision sand casting for medical use with LM25 grade aluminium. I have samples that I can take with me to meet potential suppliers. We currently spend around £120-150k per year on the components attached and have a similar outlook for this year.


Again I want to move very quickly on this one so please get this one out at your earliest convenience. We are looking for any potential supplier to also manufacture patterns for these parts. Potential suppliers will need to include for machining and finishing, the paint process is a 2 part process where a high build primer is used and finished with a medical grade white gloss. I can discuss the finer details with potential suppliers.
Initial order will be the middle batch size.
