Once Staffordshire Fabrications have reviewed the project, as well as the technical drawings, Andrew starts to build the relationship straight away. ‘I phone first, to get a feel of the buyer and their needs,’ he explained. ‘I prefer to speak to them directly to gain more knowledge of what they’re looking for and what’s required before quoting.
‘Once the call is completed, I create an itemised quote detailing exactly what is included. I email it to the buyer and then follow up by phone a few days later for feedback - this way I can check if anything else is required by the potential customer before they make their decision.’
Staffordshire Fabrications’ use of the Qimtek membership is conducive to the formation of a long-term business relationship past completion of the initial job. Their open communication reflects the levels of customer service they offer, leaving potential customers reassured that their business is in safe hands.
As well as phoning their customers regularly, Staffordshire Fabrications also utilise the Qimtek team’s knowledge as an important resource within the sales process. ‘I really enjoy speaking to everyone at Qimtek,’ Andrew said. ‘No matter who answers the phone, they do all they can to assist with any questions I have.
‘I find Qimtek to be a great support to both Staffordshire Fabrications and myself.’
