Once Staffordshire Fabrications have reviewed the project, as well as the technical drawings, Andrew starts to build the relationship straight away. ‘I phone first, to get a feel of the buyer and their needs,’ he explained. ‘I prefer to speak to them directly to gain more knowledge of what they’re looking for and what’s required before quoting.
‘Once the call is completed, I create an itemised quote detailing exactly what is included. I email it to the buyer and then follow up by phone a few days later for feedback - this way I can check if anything else is required by the potential customer before they make their decision.’
