Destra Engineering Ltd has contacted us to offer its assisitance with work relating to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Managing Director Sarah Williams says: "We are a small plastic injection moulding factory based in Ashford, Kent looking to help during the Covid-19 pandemic. We have spare capacity on our moulding machines and also our assembly and print lines. We would welcome the opportunity to assist any other manufacturer at this difficult time. Our machine sizes range from 22 tonnes to 200 tonnes and we have a quick change system for rapid tool changes – ideal for keeping costs way down for short runs. We also have 2 Manumold machines and can get a quick turn around for tools for these machines, which are ideally suited for small components, short runs, insert moulding, overmoulding and prototyping."
