JE Motorworks, performance engineers specialising in Land Rover products, joined the Qimtek membership at the beginning of 2016. They have successfully secured initial order values via the system that have transpired into ongoing contracts, and have already made longstanding relationships with industry buyers that now send work direct.
Sean Jenkins, Machinist at JE Motorworks tells us they joined the membership to “find new potential customers” and have a “platform to market their services.” With this in mind, they have utilised every aspect of their membership efficiently - In particular the Network function of their account, using it to reach these ‘potential customers’.
Another aspect of the membership Sean enjoys is the support given by Qimtek, and in particular the sourcing advisers that help him with project enquiries. When asked what advice he would give others thinking of joining the Qimtek membership, Sean said “Deal with the enquiries correctly. Speak to the sourcing agent and then speak to the buyer. It will allow you to make sure you meet all of the requirements, before quoting.”
