This client is looking for an additional supplier to machine free-issue aluminium extrusion in order to produce high quality whistles. Due to the nature of this product, the accuracy of the machining is critical as this can affect the pitch of the whistles when played. Good value pricing is also very important for this enquiry, suppliers are asked to quote their best prices without jeopardizing manufacturing quality. Quotes are sought for 200 off every 2-3 months, this could result in further opportunities once quality and reliability have been proven. Those that are interested in being considered for this job are asked to make contact with the buyer directly.

With an outsource spend of over £25,000 annually on machined bespoke designs, this client is looking for a supplier to cut and drill free-issue aluminium extrusions to make several panel frames, which will be used to create a large building structure. Please note that assembly is not required. Full fabrication drawings will be provided when the order is placed next week. Please quote your best price and lead time. The requirement will be to cut and drill 1200m of free-issue extrusion, which will be delivered to the chosen supplier pre-cut into 6m lengths. Each frame/panel required will need 4 cut pieces of the extrusion - 2 long and 2 short - as shown within the dimensions. Each extrusion is to be mitred at 45 degrees both ends and mounting holes drilled into one side (not penetrated all the way through).

This balustrade and walkway manufacturer, who outsources approximately £300,000 worth of machining each year, is looking to hear from suppliers who can assist with a likely order they are about to receive, but cannot manage completely in-house within the required time-frame. Extrusions are to be free-issued to the chosen supplier, which will then need to undergo drilling, tapping, and crimping. There is an immediate order to place for this enquiry, with the extrusion to be completed within the next 3 weeks, and delivery required by the end of July. This is the first phase of a four-phase project and therefore, this may lead to additional enquiries for the chosen supplier between now and the end of 2019.

This buyer, who works in the shopfitting industry, seeks a new supplier who can aid in the manufacture of the attached aluminium extrusions. These items may be sourced off-the-shelf and supplied cut to the correct length; however, if bespoke manufacture is required, the client is open to this also. This company spends £5.7million a year on bespoke manufactured components, making this an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work moving forward. IMPORTANT: There is a non-disclosure agreement running with this enquiry. Please print this off, complete ALL sections, sign and date it and return the page to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, please fax your NDA to 01256 394600.

This design house seeks a supplier who can assist with the manufacture of some aluminium "L rails". It is thought that this may be manufactured from an off-the-shelf extrusion; therefore, work would involve the machining of all details and a selection of finishes. This is a new design for the consumer products sector, which - should it prove popular - will become an ongoing requirement for the successful supplier.

This is a new buyer to Qimtek, who is seeking quotes on the attached window frames. There are 5 frames which will need cutting to length, as per the drawings. The ideal supplier will be able to produce these parts economically, offer reliable delivery and also provide a high-quality end product. Once a relationship has been cultivated, further projects could be made available in addition to this ongoing requirement. There is an order to place with the chosen supplier who can fulfil the above.
