Ajax TOCCO International Ltd, part of the Ajax TOCCO Magnethermic Group, specialise in the design and manufacture of world-class induction heating, forging and melting equipment for your industry.

Based in the UK is ATI’s Manufacturing department, responsible for the design and manufacture of all types of power delivery items including water-cooled power delivery leads, busbars, coils and inductors. Each of the department’s staff have undergone specialist training courses to be able to deliver products of a consistent quality and to meet the Customers expectations on delivery and price. The department stocks a large variety of copper tube, refractory and insulation materials to ensure the quickest response to customers needs without compromising quality and longevity of the product.

ATI operate a Field Service department with UK based Engineers who are highly trained to deal with regular preventative maintenance, servicing, and crucially emergency repairs on a variety of makes of equipment. EMF mapping with comprehensive report can be provided to assist with meeting your legal requirements and keeping your employees safe.

Critical spare parts are stocked and controlled at the facility to support our own Field Service Engineers or to allow in-house repairs by the Customer’s own support departments. Ajax TOCCO also promote this self sufficiency by providing tailored training courses to meet the requirements of the Customers own employees; delivered either at the Customers site or at our own Service Centre.

Our in-house Contract Heat-treatment Department consists of seventeen induction machines that operate both during the day and at night ensure a speedy turn around for Customers requiring heat treatment of their own products from one off’s to continuous production through a purpose designed cell. Process verification and control procedures are monitored by our metallurgical and quality staff ensures consistently high standards are sustained and which are supported through our ISO 9001 / 2015 procedures.

Three tempering furnaces contribute to a complete ‘one-stop’ heat-treatment facility for induction-processed parts.
