Established in 2004, we originally used two Mazak 2kw flatbed lasers to complement our fabrication business, however it soon became apparent that we needed more productive laser cutting machines. This need lead us to switching to the Bystronic flying optic CO2 lasers cutting machine, with pallet changing facilities. Not satisfied there we have since updated to a more powerful laser cutting machines, which in turn has again increased our output capacity and productivity.

We are currently running 2 x Bystronic 4.4kw BySpeed CO2 lasers. Laser cutting is the core of our business and something we luckily really enjoy.

As of March 2019, we shall be operating from our new 12,000 square foot manufacturing base, offering the latest in fibre optic & CO2 laser profiling. Our capabilities will be 25mm thick mild steel, 25mm thick stainless steel, 20mm thick aluminium & 5mm brass & copper.
