Contracts Engineering Ltd is one of the largest fully integrated precision manufacturers in the Southeast UK.  We are located in Sittingbourne, Kent in one of the largest manufacturing zones in the UK.  Our core purpose is to bring manufacturing closer to our customers.  We focus on manufacturing and supply chain management so our customers don't have to!

Our 16,000 sq ft factory operates across two shifts per day, giving us maximum flexibility in production, and allows us to complete high-volume requirements with short lead times.
We perform all manufacturing in-house using our modern CNC machines and welding capabilities. We work with our supply chain on metal finishing processes such as powder coating, galvanizing, anodizing and plating, and regularly work with mild steel (including pre-galvanized and Zintec), COR-TEN steel, stainless steel and aluminium, and occasionally with brass and copper.  
Our customers are located throughout the UK and products are regularly shipped throughout Europe, the Middle East and North America.  Our main end markets include commercial industries such as light infrastructure, street furniture, construction, design installations and hard landscaping equipment.  Our industrial end markets include extraction & ventilation, food processing and niche engineering equipment companies.

In addition to standard manufacturing and fabrication services we offer packaging, palleting, labeling and Quality Inspection Forms.  We are our customers' onshore manufacturing partner!

Gordon Henderson, Local MP for Sittingbourne and Sheppey, visited us here at the CEL factory to see a demonstration of our impressive new robotic welding plant in action here in Sittingbourne, Kent. The recent new investment enables all of our welder fabricators to upskill. Some will learn to program and operate our MIG welding robot, and others are receiving training in more advanced welding techniques.
