Established in 1990 Cymarc Engineering Ltd is a Company manufacturing and supplying automotive related goods into major Contractors in the UK as well as engaging in other markets and interests.
Cymarc supplies manufactured components and full fabricated assemblies into both the Private and Public sector utilising high-tech laser cutting methods guaranteeing incredible accuracy. Steel is the principle raw material however we also use a significant quantity of aluminium and stainless steel.
We manufacture over a large range of products from internal assemblies for concrete railway sleepers to aftermarket parts for BMW motorcycles.
Combined with the CNC forming, powerpress and fabrication capabilities Cymarc Engineering Limited is able to offer a very comprehensive, well established and reliable manufacturing resource from single parts to full assemblies.

Services & Manufacturing Capacity...
Computer Aided Design:
Cymarc use AutoCAD & RADAN software which enables us to use most common file extensions including dxf, dwg and pdf formats. We are also able to use Solid Works files. Our drawing and design capability allows us to take a clients idea and turn it into a finished item - from design to manufacture.
We operate 2 Trumpf laser cutting systems with a maximum cutting capacity of 16mm in mild steel, 8mm in stainless steel and 5 mm in aluminium. Our largest bed size is 3000mm x 1500mm. We also have capacity to etch, such as part numbers, onto the surface of the material being profiled.
Sub assembly and fastener insertion:
Cymarc utilise a pneumatic fastener insertion machine with a capacity of M16 fasteners. We also use a range of various jigs and fixtures to ensure sub assembly is carried out as efficiently as possible. We are also able to design and manufacture sub assembly jigs and fixtures to specific client requirements.
Mig & Tig Welding:
We have 4 fully operational production Mig welding bays with capacity to weld stainless steel. We can also offer a Tig welding service. The single largest item we can fabricate, or safely lift and manipulate is 1.25 Tonne.
Our capacity on projection & spot welding is a combined thickness of 20 millimetres in mild steel.
Our power press capacity ranges from 20 Tonne up to 55 Tonne which includes auto decoilers and air feeders with a capacity of handling 3 millimetre thick mild steel slit coil. Our fastest press is capable of producing in excess of 4,000 pressed items per hour.
With our latest investment we can now offer a capacity of 300t.
High speed multi-head drilling and tapping:
We use 2 banks of production drilling and tapping machines each with 4 heads per bank. Our automatic tapping capacity is M20 and our hole drilling capacity is 30 millimetres in diameter. Each bank has automatic feed capacity.
