DMP was founded in 1974 and started out manufacturing high-quality engineered components for a variety of industries. DMP has maintained a progressive expansion programme of acquisition and growth.

Initially involved in production and reclamation welding, DMP progressed to the supply of precision fabricated metal products to a variety of industries including automotive, agriculture, bus and truck yellow goods, medical, marine, power generation and general engineering industries.
