CNC Machining
Evans Engineering Limited specialise in the manufacture of CNC machined components in small & medium batch quantities. We are committed to staying at the fore front of machined component manufacturing technology, our continued investment in plant and machinery is testimony to this. Using the latest machining technology means faster machined times, giving lower costs. All machines are networked and  accept either drawings or CAD data.

Conventional Machining
Evans Engineering has a triple facetted conventional machining facility.

First - We can undertake, at competitive cost the manufacture of prototype and pre-production components working to short lead times as required.
Second - Employing highly skilled toolmakers enables us to produce Jigs, Fixtures, Tools and Gauges that are required by our production machining facility, thus expatiating delivery and minimising tooling costs.
Third - The use of conventional machines, particularly within the in cycle of C.N.C. machines, allows great production flexibility and can often offer substantial time and cost savings

Spare Parts
Do you find your maintenance costs becoming increasingly hard to control? Are your spare parts to expensive, delivery times to long?

We can machine SPARE PARTS for YOUR production equipment to a sample, an existing drawing or we can make special components to YOUR requirements. Your components can be supplied Heat Treated, Plated and Fully Assembled.

Fabrication
We can supply fabrications manufactured using the following methods:

Prototypes
With our wealth of experience we have become the one stop solution for many of our customers, being able to produce and offer engineering advice on prototype components.
Our remit often includes not only prototype production but product development. This generally takes the form of ensuring ‘fit for use’ manufacture but always with economic volume manufacture in mind.
Because Evans Engineering can offer both Prototype and Production manufacture we are the natural choice.
Evans Engineering will ensure the smoothest transition for your products from design through prototype to full production.

Metal Finishing
All materials can be finished to customers' individual requirements, whereas in house paint facilities are available specialist suppliers are contracted to achieve the following finishes.
