Global Tube Fabrications

Global Tube are a specialist sub contract tube forming company providing CNC tube bending, CNC ring rolling, tube fabrication and tube end forming services to customers throughout the UK and Europe. Working within the scope of ISO9000:2001 & 14000:2004 we offer quality tubular components ranging from 2mm to 152mm outside diameter. Utilising our 6 CNC tube bending machines we offer a complete service from simple single bends right through to complex welded tubular assemblies.

Other areas of expertise along side pipe and tube bending are fabrication and end forming. Our fabrication scope extends to Mig and Tig welding, brazing and silver soldering. All welding is carried out by coded welders capable of of welding complex tubular and formed metal assemblies. We will design and build any assembly jigs and fixtures required to maintain specified tolerances. Global Tube will assist you at all stages of product development from initial samples through to full batch production.
