Precision Turned Parts
Star CNC multi-axis sliding head lathes and Doosan twin spindle twin turret lathes up to 65mm bar dia, Vertical machining centers. Many of the machines have live tooling and sub spindles which means even the most complicated parts can be produced on one machine without the need for secondary operations.
Press work and Assemblies
The facilities include power presses up to 75 tonnes fitted with digital load monitors to protect customer tools. Automatic coil feeders for continuous production. We also have a large selection of universal tooling and second-opp machines ideal for low volume production batches. Assembly facilities. In house Tool-room for servicing and manufacture of press tooling and jigging.
