For the past 40 years, Carvell Castings has been producing Engineering Castings based in Coventry. In 2022, the company was merged with Jonesnco  Cast Metal Signs to form Jonesnco Cast Metal Designs Ltd, to provide a comprehensive Casting Service.

We are within easy reach of the motorway network.
We offer the manufacturing of Alumunium, precision, alloy and sand castings using chemically bonded and green sand methods. 

Our Speciality is in the Production of Low Volume and small batch runs often using loose patterns and existing castings. 

We have a well established reputation within our industry for providing excellent castings to the highest specification and quality, indeed some of our biggest customers are existing foundries that struggle with loose pattern and complex castings
