Our Machine Shop facility allows Kempston Limited to offer, single source solutions to customer design requirements. Utilising materials including Aluminium, Steel, Brass and Copper, we are able to produce machined components in parallel with our sheet metal facility.
Our capabilities comprise of precision machining, turning, sawing, drilling, tool making and prototype development. Maintaining all operation independence, ensures we can offer a one stop solution on machined assemblies, fabrication and specialised tooling.

Welding & Fabrication:
Our modern welding facility is well placed to accomodate various projects large and small from prototyping to high volume.
Our plant includes mig, tig, mma, spot welding and stud welding.
All our welders are qualified to a high standard and work on various materials including Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Zintec and Mild Steel.
Precision Sheet Metal:
CNC punching and Folding is backed up by our programming department, who can receive program files via e-mail in various CAD formats, including; DWG, DXF, PDF, FCD, Radan, 3D Solid Works, Fastcad & AutoCAD files.
Our facility is equipped to handle prototypes and large production work. We predominantly manufacture using the following materials; mild steel, zintec, stainless steel and aluminium.
At Kempston Limited we encourage direct communication with our customers design departments. Working together on projects enables us to achieve best practical designs for ease of manufacture including reverse engineering existing customer products..
