Our average turn around time is four working days however, this is dependant on the enquiry or material required. We will always despatch sooner where possible.

In light of the most recent government announcements, we would like to reassure our customers that we are still open and accepting orders from all industries.
Where possible, team members are working from home, but due to the nature of our business, some of our workforce are required on site to carry out various processes. In order to protect our employees, customers and associates and comply with government guidance we continue to run a no-contact delivery and collection system as detailed below.
If you prepare your drawings for laser cutting correctly, it will help to streamline your order process, enabling us to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
The file formats we accept for laser cutting are DWG, DXF and NC.
SPECIFY MATERIALS AND QUANTITIES
We aim to return quotes in response to a laser cutting enquiries within an hour. To improve our response times for orders sent in the middle of the day, we are going to trial slightly different working patterns for our sales team.
From the week commencing Monday 19th October, for a period of two weeks, our team will be taking shorter lunch breaks and going home half an hour earlier. This will benefit the bulk of enquiries sent throughout the day, but will change our office hours slightly to 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 4.30pm on Fridays.
We have been operating as a laser cutting company since 1998 and we have seen and experienced huge changes in technology. In the last 22 years we having grown from running one eight year old 1.3KW laser cutting machine to last week when we brought our fourth Trumpf 5030 laser cutting machine online, growing our capacity even further.
