PCT Engineering LTD have been longstanding members since 2010. Their success has been unimaginable, winning over £200,000 worth of initial orders via the Qimtek membership service.

Director James Rigby joined the membership, as the cost of going out on the road to secure sales, “was astronomical in comparison to the price of the membership”. He has been kind enough to pass on advice for others looking to join: “If you have any spare capacity, and feel you are competitive in your market, then you have nothing to lose.”

Safety Rails

After a 12 month design and trial fit period PCT Engineering are extremely proud to announce that the order for an initial 360 vehicles worth of safety rails has been placed with us , our second largest value order to date since the companys foundation.

The initial brief was to design a sefety rail that could be fitted to 6 differant types of vehicle , each type equiped with either a crane or tail lift , no easy feat in itself.

New addition Haas VF2 Vertical machining centre with 4th Axis

In line with our expansion plans and to further compliment our services , PCT Engineering have taken delivery of a new Haas VF2 vertical machining centre , complete with 4th Axis. This latest addition enabables us to manufacture parts we would previously been unable to do in-house , enabling us to manufacture much more complex items. Our aim is to be a "One Stop" manufacturing facility.
