Pioneer is a one stop shop for quality sheet metal products. Manufactured by a workforce of 50 highly skilled and organised staff using the very latest machinery within our own 32000 sq ft factory.
Based in East Kent for more than 50 years we have been providing our customers with a nationwide level of service second to none. Backed up by dedicated staff we aim to deliver quality work at competitive prices.
With the ability to produce anything from an urgent prototype to large production runs, we can adapt to our clients needs quickly and efficiently.
The in house services we provide include CAD design & development, CNC controlled fabrication (Laser, Punch, Fold), Machining, Welding, Polishing, Powder Coating, Assembly (including electrical), delivery and service support. All ISO9001 certified.

Fastener Installation:2 no. Pemserter insert presses.
Machining: Centre Lathes, Vertical Mills Horizontal Mills,Capstan Lathes,
Drilling :Various Pillar, Radial & Bench, Tapping Machines
Grinding & Fettle: Plough & Surface Grinders;3 no. Extracted Fettle bays; 2mtr flat bed sander.
Polishing: Canning 2870 rpm pedestal polisher
Finishing: 3 mtr Wash & Phosphate plant; Stove Enamelling, Powder and Electrostatic Nylon Coating with Conveyorised track, Radiant Tunnel Oven and internal 3mtr cube box oven.
Assembly: Fully Equipped Electrical and Mechanical Assembly department.
Transport: Renault Midlum Lorry, Renault Master and two Vauxhall Vivaro vans.
