Manufacturing capacity includes hobbing, shaping – internal and external, shaving, skiving, grinding with sizes from 12mm to 450mm in Diameter and a face depth to 300mm.
We work closely with our customers in the manufacturing of prototypes through development to full volume production, reverse engineering when comprehensive drawings are not available and the development of bespoke gears for unusual and one-off requirements.
