Our dip moulding process is the preferred choice for the manufacture of flexible plastic parts and plastic coating for metal components.  With rapid prototyping and cost effective tooling we provide products for a wide range of applications. To complement our dip moulding, we work with a preferred supplier to offer injection moulding.
We are able to cater for all your plastic requirements with an in-house tooling capability, 3D printer, cleanroom assembly and packaging function.  
Secondary operations include: ​adhesive bonding, assemblies, pad printing, sewing and trimming.
