We have a fully established machine shop with 4th Axis capability and the latest CNC technology, including milling, turning and EDM wire erosion.

CNC Turning

We have 3 x HAAS CNC Machining Centres – Maximum workpiece 275 mm dia x 1000 mm

CNC Milling

We have 7 x HAAS CNC Machining Centres – Maximum workpiece 1400 x 600 x 600 mm

EDM Wire Erosion

We have 3 x Sodick EDM Machining Centres – Maximum workpiece 600 x 470 x 240 mm

Our Inspection room also holds a CMM Faro Gauge.

We machine a large variety of materials from stainless, copper, brass, plastics, mild steels, toolsteels, etc. In batches of anything from 1 offs to 200 offs, but we are flexible to accommodate any volumes.

Clients

Our expanding customer base includes, chemical, automotive, aerospace and oil and gas industries.
