This client, a manufacturer of robotics and production automation systems who spends £250,000 a year on outsourced machining services, urgently seeks a supplier to modify the attached free-issue components. The client needs six of these parts modifying with the 77mm dimension profile extending down into the male form (reducing the overall depth of the male form and extending the thicker part of the 'handle'). An additional four need the handle section removing from the male form entirely; this could be a case of machining the 77mm profile down to match the cylindrical profile and then band sawing the cylinder off for simplicity if required. There is an immediate order to place, with delivery required as soon as possible.
