    A supplier is urgently required to produce a frame which will be used to transport an art sculpture. The client is ideally looking for delivery on the 8th or 9th June making this ideal for companies with immediate capacity to fill. As well as providing images for reference purposes, the client has advised that the sculpture measures approximately 600cm x 320cm x 320cm and that the frame will need to measure approximately 700cm x 420cm x 390cm.     This Qimtek member is currently over capacity - as such, they have a requirement for the attached set of parts. They are looking to work with an external supplier who has the capacity to machine and fabricate the attached parts for use within the transport sector. Although there is no immediate order to place, the buyer is currently quoting for the whole enquiry and it does appear that the order may come to fruition in the near future. This will be repeated going forward in line with end-client requirements, but as each order is bespoke and would require different frames for different installations, the batch quantity and frequency is not known at this stage.

    This buyer, whose annual spend exceeds £250,000 a year on outsourced fabrication, currently requires a supplier who is able to produce the attached gantry & staircase. The buyer requires main welding jigs for each of the main modules (Front, Centre, Rear) and sub-assembly jigs for the welded assemblies that make up each of the modules. Advice is also sought, including any suggestions to make the jigs as efficient as possible when the client manufactures the bus chassis. This design will be used to mount cameras onto the rear of lorries. The client seeks a prompt response from interested parties, as they may award the project early if the right supplier is found.
