Please note that due to the confidentiality surrounding these parts, signed NDAs will be forwarded onto the buyer for approval before drawings can be released. Therefore, there may be a short time delay before drawings are released for this reason.

    The client, a manufacturer of heating products for both the domestic and industrial markets, seeks a supplier to produce the attached aluminium pressings. This project is expected to last for 10 years, with annual quantities of 10,000 off per year, to be ordered in call-offs of 2,500 off per quarter. This project is best-suited to those looking to fill ongoing capacity, owing to the length of the contract and the annual batches required.

Heat treatment to 50 Rockwell may also be required, although it is not confirmed at this time. If you are also able to offer the heat treatment process, please quote with and without heat treatment separately. Quality and accuracy of these parts is critical and once a relationship is established, it will also lead to repeatable work for the chosen supplier.
