  1. Drawings count: 6

    Machining-CNC Machining, Medium Volume

Exciting opportunity to work with a prominent buyer within the food and beverage industry, who spends over £3million per year on outsourced machining. They have a current requirement for the production of a range of different parts that will be required on an ongoing basis. The project itself incorporates elements of turning, milling, broaching, splining, grinding, shot blasting and boring, making it especially well-suited to versatile suppliers with a range of capabilities. Owing to the buyer's substantial spend, there may also be additional projects with which successful suppliers could also assist.

  2. Drawings count: 3

    Machining-CNC Machining, Low Volume

This manufacturer of inspection equipment is looking to increase their machining supplier base, with quotes currently sought for the attached series of three lead components. They have an immediate order to place for the work in question, with quantities of 1 to 4 off required across the set. Suppliers must be able to produce these parts to a high standard of quality and adhere to a delivery deadline of the 8th of January. The client outsources machining work to the tune of £400,000 a year, meaning that there will be plenty of additional opportunities for the supplier whose services they employ.

  3. Drawings count: 3

    Fabrication-General Fabrication 6-15mm

The attached set of lead plates and panels are sought, on behalf of a company that spends a massive £500,000 a year in the subcontract fabrication market. As well as the lead parts, there is also the option to quote for the supporting GRP panels if capabilities permit. The client is looking to hear from suppliers that are able to offer delivery by the 13th November; in turn, repeat orders will be placed with them moving forward.
