    Finishing-Anodising

A manufacturer of beverage accessories is looking to establish contact with a supplier that offers anodising services. They require quotes for free-issue wine coolers to be initially anodised in gold, silver, and black. Going forward, they would also like various colours to be available. There is an immediate order to place which will then also be repeated going forward; as this will be customer driven, the frequency is not yet known, although it is estimated at a couple of times a year. Therefore, this an ideal opportunity to win a new long-term customer.

  2. Drawings count: 2

    Finishing-Anodising

This company is looking for a new, regular supplier to anodise free-issue aluminium whistles. Because the whistles are consumer products, a high-quality finish is sought and is critical for this enquiry. Once the initial sample is received and quality is proven, this will lead to approximate batches of 40 off per week going forward; therefore, this is a great opportunity to fill long-term capacity. The client is looking for different anodising colours including green, red, black, silver and is open to additional colours as well, if possible. They are also interested in bead blasting and polishing finishes for these whistles. The buyer invites calls to talk through the requirements and colours for the initial sample prior to quoting.

  3. Drawings count: 4

    Finishing-Anodising

A new supplier is sought to hard anodise free-issue high-strength aluminium castings. This project will start with 1 off aluminium cast outer member, but will lead to ongoing work thereafter. Quality and delivery lead times are the most important requirements to the buyer. Those that are interested in being considered for this job are asked to make contact with the buyer directly to discuss; in addition, this could result in further opportunities once quality and reliability have been proven.

  4. Drawings count: 7

    Finishing-Anodising

This company spends £10,000 a year on subcontract finishing processes. They are currently looking for a supplier to undertake bronze anodising of a range of free-issue aluminium items, including guards, handrails and flashings. The ideal vendor will be able to finish these parts to a high standard of quality and offer a fast turnaround. Those that are interested in being considered for the project are asked to make contact with the buyer at their earliest convenience.
