    Sheet Metal Forming-Punching

Suppliers with CNC punching capacity are asked to provide a quotation for free-issue lamination sheets, which are required for use within a medical application. The client seeks a second-source supplier for these items, as well as the possible production of similar parts moving forward. They spend a massive £500,000 a year on bespoke fabricated components, meaning that there is plenty of scope for the chosen supplier to develop the relationship. Please note that the overall quality of these parts is paramount.

    Sheet Metal Forming-Punching

This company is working on a long-term project and is looking for quotes for punching/pressing of the attached flat components, along with the necessary tooling required. Indicative quotes are sought at this time for two similar components. The drawings currently available are basic; however, detailed technical drawings will be made available as soon as possible and quotes can be adjusted to suit once the drawings are ready if required. The buyer is looking at punching/pressing and casting options for this work and is open to considering other processes to ensure the highest quality is achieved. The batch sizes required for this enquiry are for indicative quotes, although at its peak, annual volumes are set to rise up to 3,000 off and 10,000 off respectively. This is a 15-year project, making it a fantastic opportunity to fill long-term capacity with a new client. IMPORTANT: There is a non-disclosure agreement running with this enquiry. Please print this off, complete ALL sections, sign and date it and return ALL pages to sourcing@qimtek.co.uk or fax 01256 394600. Once received, all drawings and documents will be released to your account.

    Sheet Metal Forming-Punching

Punching and chemical etching of arm carrier badges is needed, to be used within turntables. The company behind this enquiry spends over £250,000 a year on bespoke fabricated items. They initially require samples, followed by production batches of 100 off, to be repeated approximately once or twice per year. Two different anodising options are being considered and therefore, the client requires quotes that reflect this. They would like to partner with a supplier that can offer a high standard of quality, as well as good value.

The attached tin steel battery plate is sought on a regular basis, by a company that spends a sizeable £300,000 a year on bespoke fabricated parts. Having previously completed this work in-house, they are now keen to subcontract it out to an external supplier. They have an immediate order to place for 20 off, to be repeated on a quarterly basis moving forward. Quotes from companies that can facilitate delivery within two to three weeks of order placement will be looked upon favourably.
