Please note that assembly is not required. Full fabrication drawings will be provided when the order is placed next week. Please quote your best price and lead time. The requirement will be to cut and drill 1200m of free-issue extrusion, which will be delivered to the chosen supplier pre-cut into 6m lengths. Each frame/panel required will need 4 cut pieces of the extrusion - 2 long and 2 short - as shown within the dimensions. Each extrusion is to be mitred at 45 degrees both ends and mounting holes drilled into one side (not penetrated all the way through).

Extrusions are to be free-issued to the chosen supplier, which will then need to undergo drilling, tapping, and crimping. There is an immediate order to place for this enquiry, with the extrusion to be completed within the next 3 weeks, and delivery required by the end of July. This is the first phase of a four-phase project and therefore, this may lead to additional enquiries for the chosen supplier between now and the end of 2019.
