This buyer, who is heavily involved in the agricultural industry, is seeking a supplier that can take on the welding assembly of the two parts detailed in the attached drawings. The buyer can free-issue the profiles and machined components that make up these parts; therefore, quotes are required for the welding only. **Due to the current health climate, we ask that you only submit a quotation for this project if you are in a position to fulfil the requirement. Please also be mindful that there may be a delay in buyer response due to widespread remote working.**

  2. Drawings count: 2

With a combined outsourcing spend of over £4.5million on bespoke manufacturing work, this company has an immediate order to place for an urgent welding project, using free-issue Titanium and Hastelloy material which will be supplied machined and ready to assemble/weld together. They buyer has confirmed a fillet weld of approximately 6-8mm will be required. Their previous supplier has closed their business so although this initial enquiry is small, this is a fantastic opportunity to become a sole supplier for this type of work. Quotes are required for 1 off Titanium housing and 1 off Hastelloy housing. Reliable delivery and high quality are both vital and although this project is price-sensitive, the buyer understands that the urgency of the request needs to be taken into consideration. Those that are interested in being considered for this job are asked to make contact with the buyer directly to discuss; quotes are required as quickly as possible due to the short lead times involved.
