    Machining-Machining, Prototyping

This new Qimtek client currently seeks suppliers to produce the attached prototype components, destined for end use within the automotive sector. These items require turning and milling and should be produced from various grades of tool steel. The manufacture of these items requires a high degree of precision - as such, a supplier who is able to offer high quality components, whilst keeping the project cost-effective, will be seen favourably.

  5. Drawings count: 9

    Machining-Machining, Prototyping

This manufacturer of motorcycles, who spends around £50,000 a year on outsourced machining, is currently looking for a possible long-term supplier of the attached aluminium components. This is the final prototype run of these parts which, if successful, will be ongoing work for the chosen supplier. The quantity and frequency is not known at this stage, but will become clear after the prototype has been tested and presented. IMPORTANT: There is a non-disclosure agreement running with this enquiry. Please print this off, complete ALL sections, sign and date it and return the page to sourcing@qimtek.co.uk or fax 01256 394600. Once received, all drawings and documents will be released to your account.
