  1. Drawings count: 1

A manufacturer of food packaging equipment is looking to hear from suppliers who can manufacture the attached crank shaft. The company in question spends over £6million a year on outsourced manufacturing and as such, the successful supplier would secure not only this project, but also ongoing work from this prestigious buyer.

  2. Drawings count: 2

Quotes are sought for large monthly volumes of the attached "ring pole head dropwires", which will be used within an industrial machinery application. The client will order approximately 2000 off of this part every month, which need to be supplied galvanised and bagged in quantities of 200. Due to the repeat, high volume nature of this work, it provides a great opportunity for the successful supplier to fill long-term capacity and grow their customer portfolio. **Due to the current health climate, we ask that you only submit a quotation for this project if you are in a position to fulfil the requirement.**

  3. Drawings count: 2

This company outsources over £50,000 of forging work per year and is looking for quotes for 3000 off of the attached H-piece, which will be called off in 3 separate orders of 1000 each throughout the year. This is because the current supplier will soon no longer be making these parts, so a new supplier needs to be found. Made from carbon steel, the hot forging process is required, along with a zinc finish. Pricing and quality is of utmost importance for this enquiry and will lead to repeat orders due to the annual requirements involved. This volume has also been estimated to increase due to client demand, so will lead to higher annual quantities going forward, although the actual number has not been confirmed at this time.
