    Plastic & Rubber-Vacuum Forming

This company has a requirement for this brand new design of formed housing unit in four sections, which - when assembled with all other elements - will be used to recycle electronic equipment used by consumers. Quotes are required for 500 off sets, which will be ordered in regular call-offs starting in October/November and ending around April/May next year. The material used needs to be durable for all weathers and the outer shell needs to be white in colour. The inner shell colour is not important, as this will not be seen. The buyer has also confirmed that should other processes be deemed more suitable to make these housings, they will be happy to discuss alternative suggestions. Tooling is also required for this project request. IMPORTANT: There is a non-disclosure agreement running with this enquiry. Please print this off, complete ALL sections, sign and date it and return the page to sourcing@qimtek.co.uk or fax 01256 394600. Once received, all drawings and documents will be released to your account.

    Plastic & Rubber-Vacuum Forming

This company has an immediate order to place for vacuum formed components to make small craft used in the marine industry, which will be used to house a PCB. Quotes are required for 3 off of each component initially, followed by future orders of larger quantities. The ideal supplier will be able to offer reliable delivery and once a relationship has been established, further projects could be made available in addition to this initial requirement.

  4. Drawings count: 2

    Plastic & Rubber-Vacuum Forming

This buyer seeks assistance with the manufacture of an enclosure for a new design of the water monitoring system. This is made of multiple plastic components in a range of sizes. As this is a new design, the manufacturing method is yet to be decided; therefore, this project is being sent to multiple manufacturing disciplines. This will become a flagship model for the client and as such, will lead to ongoing work for the supplier that the client selects.

  5. Drawings count: 10

    Plastic & Rubber-Vacuum Forming

Suppliers with in-house vacuum forming capabilities are asked to quote for the attached covers. These are required as part of an ongoing contract, for end use within an automotive application. The client is looking for a vendor that can improve on delivery times, as well as undertaking quarterly orders. Those that are interested in being considered for this project are asked to make contact with the buyer directly to discuss.
