The buyer can supply the material, or if the cost is good enough, they are happy to have the material supplied. The required material is ¼’’ brass sheet, 500mm in diameter, in a free cutting grade to help with cutting time. The final art work will vary, but the client is keen to assess initial costs from this example to see if the work is feasible. **Due to the current health climate, we ask that you only submit a quotation for this project if you are in a position to fulfil the requirement.**

This client, a prestigious global manufacturer of high-end air guns who spends a massive £800,000 a year on subcontract machining services, seeks a new machining partner to add to their current supplier portfolio. The attached drawings show an example selection of components that will be required on an ongoing basis by the client; interested parties are asked to submit their best price and lead time in order to be considered for this opportunity, with quality of manufacture also being of the utmost importance. The ideal supplier will be able to offer fantastic communication, high quality craftsmanship and competitive pricing. In return, the successful candidate will secure ongoing work from the buyer, with turned items such as the attached required in quantities of up to 20,000 off per annum.
