Adjustable MRT handles suit clamping in tight spaces

Repetitive, very high frequency clamping operations of jigs and workpieces, mobility aids and food processing equipment, often calls for speed and high performance in tight spaces.

A situation which Elesa had exactly in mind when introducing their new MRT range of adjustable clamping handles.

The MRT series has been tested for repetitive tightening in the order of 100,000 cycles. For even very tight spaces the smallest MRT variants have handles just 43mm long with the longest at only 80mm and all MRT handles feature push button release so that the male (or female) stud may be tightened in a step and arc process. Standard manufacture is an open design of handle in glass reinforced technopolymer with optimal zinc plated steel, stainless steel or brass bosses or studs. This design particularly offers electric insulation for the operator, no visible steel parts to rust and a particularly comfortable lever release mechanism.
